Refund Policy

Try before you buy

Every account gets 10 free photos, so you can see exactly what Showcase produces for your own pieces before paying anything. Because you can fully evaluate the service for free, we generally do not refund plans once they have been used.

Our quality promise

If the photos we generate do not accurately represent your actual piece, tell us within 14 days and we will fix it or refund you. That is the one thing we guarantee.

Subscriptions

You can cancel at any time — your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for, and then does not renew. We do not pro-rate partial months.

Photo packs

One-time photo packs are refundable within 14 days if the photos are substantially unused.

Your statutory rights

Where consumer law gives you a right of withdrawal, that right is unaffected by this policy.

How to request a refund

Email support@showcasegem.com with your order details, or contact Creem directly. Refunds are processed by Creem.io, our Merchant of Record, and typically return to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Fair use

We may decline refunds where there is evidence of abuse — for example, generating a large volume of photos and then requesting a refund, or repeated purchase-and-refund cycles.
