1. Who we are

Showcase ("Showcase", "we", "us") is operated by Elene Gvatua, Georgia. You can reach us at support@showcasegem.com or through our contact form.

2. The service

Showcase is a web application that generates product photography from images you upload. You upload a photo of your product, choose a visual style, and we produce studio-style images for use in your online listings.

Showcase is an independent product built on third-party AI image-processing models accessed via their APIs. Showcase is not affiliated with or endorsed by the providers of those models.

3. Your account

You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

4. Your content and your rights

You retain all rights to the photos you upload and to the images Showcase generates from them. You grant us a limited licence to store and process your images solely to provide the service to you.

You confirm that you own or have the right to use every photo you upload, and that doing so does not infringe anyone else's rights.

5. Accuracy of generated images

Showcase is designed to preserve your product exactly and not to alter it. However, you are responsible for reviewing every generated image before publishing it and for ensuring it accurately represents the item you are selling. You must not use Showcase to misrepresent a product to buyers.

6. Acceptable use and prohibited content

You may not use Showcase to: upload content you have no rights to; infringe the intellectual property of others; create misleading or fraudulent product representations; or attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or abuse the service.

Prohibited content. You may not upload, generate, or process: adult, NSFW, pornographic, or sexually explicit content of any kind; content depicting nudity; any content involving or sexualizing minors; or violent, hateful, or illegal content. Uploaded and generated images are automatically screened, and we may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy and remove offending content without notice.

7. Plans, billing and payment

Showcase is sold on a subscription basis (monthly plans) and as one-time photo packs. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Creem.io, who is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Creem provides all customer service enquiries and handles returns.

Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled. Monthly photo allowances reset at the start of each billing period and do not roll over. Photo packs do not expire.

8. Cancellation

You may cancel at any time. Your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period, after which it will not renew.

10. Availability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost sales.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Where changes are material, we will notify you by email or in-app.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Georgia.
